Peter Lopez-Hodoyan
Senior Asset Manager
Peter Lopez-Hodoyan is a senior asset manager who focuses on Logan Capital Advisors’ (LCA) affordable properties both pre and post acquisition. He has been involved with lenders, HUD, and tax credit investors in over 20 affordable housing transactions. Peter joined LCA in 2004.
Peter graduated from San Diego State University and prior to LCA worked in the consumer electronics industry. He is an avid music lover and has attended music festivals all over the country. Regarding LCA, Peter says, “I love that our leadership understands the importance of a work/life balance for our employees.
