Paul Runkle

Paul Runkle is a Partner and Chief Investment Officer of Logan Capital Advisors (LCA). He leads acquisitions and dispositions for both conventional and affordable properties, and oversees asset management of LCA’s conventional portfolio. Paul joined LCA in January 2018.
Paul attended Lehigh University and after a five-year period as an aerospace engineer switched career paths to multifamily investment sales in 1987, most recently with CBRE. Over his 30-year career Paul handled the sale of over 16,000 apartment units with a value exceeding $2.8 billion. He is a smooth jazz enthusiast and World Futbol fan, who enjoys wine travel with his wife. Regarding LCA, Paul says, “At Logan Capital Advisors I work with some of my best friends, who are some of the finest people I know. We share a common goal of working as a team in order to provide safe quality housing to our residents.”
